Mr Barry's second class had lots of fun during science week! We learnt a new word 'oxidation' which is the process where apples turn brown after being cut! We conducted an experiment where we tested what liquids helped best prevent apple slices from turning brown. We learnt that juices like apple juice and orange juice are the best at stopping oxidation.
